Shipping Policy

Please note that we are only offering shipping to Canadian and US customers at this time. If you live outside of Canada or the US and wish to place an order please email theprairiemercantile@gmail.com. 

Please allow for 3-5 business for us to pack and ship your orders! Once your order is either ready for pick up OR is en-route to you via Canada Post, you will receive a confirmation email with more information (tracking details or pick-up location).

*please note, flat rate shipping price tier's are based on the pre-tax amount.  

All packages are shipped with tracking number and insurance. If you have any issues with shipping delays or lost packages, please contact us at theprairiemercantile@gmail.com. 

Please note that as of February 7, 2022 our shipping rates have increased due to the continuous rise in Canada Post shopping costs. Due to the rising costs of... everything since the pandemic our company shipping costs have substantially increased. We suggest ordering with a friend or family member to split the shipping costs. 

If the actual cost to ship your order is more than $1 less than the flat rate shipping fee we will be issuing refunds for the difference.

If you choose this option at check-out, you will receive an email with further details when your order is ready. Please note that pick-up is only available during weekday business hours.

US Customers

Please note that all sales are final. This includes items in the "As Is" collection that are sold with minor imperfections that are offered at a discounted price.
